Rolling diaphragm

This silicone part is used as rolling diaphragm and closure in plastic drinking cups. For an reliable closure behaviour, the accuracy in wall thickness gradient and roundness is very important. This part is therefore made with fully automated LIM-technology from a FDA suitable LSR silicone rubber. Parts are post-cured afterwards in order to comply with all international food safety regulations.
